As a member of FENSA, the Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme, all our window and door installations comply with the thermal performance standards specified under Building Regulations.

All installations are registered with FENSA who in turn notify your local counci of the work undertaken. The council then issues the homeowner with a certificate of compliance. If you wish to sell your home and have had windows or doors installed after April 2002 it will be necessary to include this certificate in your Home Information Pack (HIP).

In addition, as FENSA members, a representative sample of our work is inspected by FENSA appointed inspectors to ensure standards are maintained.
